1-on-1 Puppy Training

Puppy training is ideal for any dog between 7 weeks and 6 months of age. This training is designed to teach your new family member a strong foundation including commands such as “here,” “sit,” “down,” “kennel,” “touch,” “place,” “heel” and “focus.” They will become masters of their off-leash skills including recall and gain invaluable socialization training.

At ProK9 we believe in using classical conditioning and emphasize the use of positive reinforcement while training. We teach both you and your puppy in a one-on-one, distraction free environment where we get to know your pup’s personality as well as what drives them. This approach allows us to bring you a customized training plan that ensures both you and your puppy are achieving optimum results.

Once your puppy is able to demonstrate that he/she knows its commands well, we take it one step further and begin to introduce distractions into the mix in order to further build their obedience skills to remain focused on you even in busy environments. Through this method, we are able to teach your pup the behaviours you desire them to have, and are able to provide you with exceptional and lasting results.
